We hired Erin to completely furnish our empty three story home in Manhattan Beach. We interviewed her in person along with a number of other interior designer/decorators.  From the beginning we liked her style, artistic creativity, how well she listened to our vision, her respect for our budget and her approach working with remote clients.  She is willing to do a lot of legwork since we aren't full time in the area at this point. She started by thoroughly understanding our style and the look and feel we wanted for the house.  The next step was to exchange inspirational photos and set up a pintrest page that we could each attach ideas of things we saw and liked just for ideas.  She also provided a detailed spreadsheet of the furnishings each room would need and a "good - better - best" budget so everyone was clear and comfortable with the scope.  Once we agreed on style and budget range she really took charge and was off and running providing great furniture options, fabric choices, rug options, wood finishes, etc. that are now all coming together beautifully.   

She maintains a shared spreadsheet that gives full visibility of the project on an ongoing basis - with what's been ordered, cost, paid, delivery dates, etc.  This is an active spreadsheet we can access at any time. She has a great source for custom furniture manufacturing, finds some really unique fabrics as well as other interesting finishing touches.  She finds pieces that I would never have considered but in the overall scheme really work.   

Erin has a great attitude, quickly going back to the drawing board whenever she presents something that we don't love or aren't comfortable with the cost.  She really wants us to be happy.  She works hard, is very careful with the details to ensure accuracy with measurements as well as being incredibly responsive. I never have to chase her down for information or an answer.  We have been surprised at how quickly and efficiently she has worked on our project, never letting up.  She is as enthusiastic today as the first day we hired her.  We are very pleased with how the house is coming together and have been extremely happy with the creative work Erin has done.  We definitely give her high marks and a positive recommendation.
